Furthermore by distributing the questions it will also enable us to gather a more continuous stream of data for you and help avoid survey fatigue.

Another upside of making sure the questions are rotated is that it will enable us to avoid asking all questions at once and it will give your employees a better user experience and in the process. 

How does frequency impact rotation?

The frequency by which you choose to gather feedback will affect the algorithm that distributes the questions. 

For teams which uses weekly survey mode more significant scores will appear over the course of the first few weeks.
